Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Returns after 30 days mayl be subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be kept from the final return amount.

What are the system requirements for the software?
The software works on all PC's running Microsoft Windows with a minimum of 256 MB RAM and 512 MB of available hard drive space. Microsoft Excel is also required to be installed on your computer. Printing capabilities are needed to print the cards.
NOTE: SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK ON MAC COMPUTERS.

What if the player card does not fit in the player wristband I have ordered?
- On the software click “settings”, then click “wristband type”
- Select the type of wristband you ordered
---WC51 = Adult Single Window Size
---WC61 = Adult Triple Window Size
---WC 1 = (23/4 - 4”) Adult Single Window Size
---WCY61 = Youth Triple Window Size

- If you are going to be using a WCY61 wristband be sure to also click “settings” then click “grid settings”.  You will want to select the grid of 150

- The final way to refine the size of the player card if needed is to adjust the “zoom ratio” when printing.  Go to “settings” and select “printing zoom ratios” and select a percentage that works.

How do my players and I read the player card?
The first two numbers read horizontally. The third number is read vertically (see example below).

Coaches card number = 034

Is it possible to pay for the software using a PO #?
Yes, PO #'s will be accepted for orders from high schools and universities. For more timely shipping, it is recommended you pay with a credit card online.

I just got my software and I cannot see the space to register my product?
You need to adjust the resolution on your screen to see our software in full, follow the steps below:

• Click the minimize button (minus sign) in the top right hand corner of your screen until
  there are no windows open and you can see your desktop.
• Right click anywhere on the desktop and select properties.
• Click the "settings" tab to the far right of the window that you just opened.
• Drag the slide bar for "screen resolution" all the way to the right.
• Click "Apply"
• Click "OK"
• Reopen Own The Zone Sports Software.
• You should now see the field to enter the registration code.

What colors are the wristbands available in?
At this time, wristbands are only available in black or white.

How do I relay the numbers to my players or coaches?
Since it does not matter if the other team sees or hears your numbers, you can either use your hand to flash each individual number to your team or you can verbally communicate the numbers to your players.

If I want to use the program offensively and defensively
do my players need to wear two wristbands?
No. If you choose to use both the offensive and defensive portions like many do, simply laminate your player cards back to back so it is easy for the players to flip their cards over each half inning.
